Het Simplon Hostel is sinds 18 januari 2026 gesloten. Simplon Hostel was onderdeel van WerkPro, een stichting met sociale werkbedrijven waar mensen die extra ondersteuning nodig hebben op de arbeidsmarkt zinvol en betekenisvol werk doen.
Zoek je een fijne plek om te overnachten in Groningen? Dan ben je welkom bij Stee in Stad, het wijkhotel van WerkPro. Stee in Stad ligt in de Korrewegwijk, op loopafstand van de locatie waar het Simplon Hostel was gevestigd. Stee in Stad beschikt over twaalf unieke kamers, verdeeld over drie sfeervolle bovenwoningen. Een kleinschalig en gastvrij alternatief, met dezelfde sociale missie als WerkPro.
